Requirements
The Project In-Charge with a background in Mechanical Engineering and expertise in steel structures will oversee, plan, and manage construction projects, ensuring timely execution, budget control, and adherence to quality standards. The role requires excellent leadership, technical knowledge of steel structures, and effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Shall lead and actively support the team in implementation of this procedure and use it as a toll for employment.
Promote his colleagues to maintain data logging of the project activities to eliminate deficiency at various stages.
Preventive action and control of all activities. For overall execution, planning, monitoring, and controlling of all erection work. To ensure fulfillment of contract commitment.
To act as communication channel for project information exchange between client and other disciplines and forwarding the feedback to project head office till the completion of the project.
Review the management information report.
Provide decision in evaluation and selection of local subcontractors/suppliers if required.
To establish and maintain quality record of subcontractors/vendors.
Ensure quality checks carried out as per PQP, identify quality problem and implement and corrective action.
To ensure that the job is executed as per approved inspection and test plan.
To Ensure that polices, Objectives and procedures are clearly understood and implemented by all concerns.
